Mc and long time supporter of Pregnancy, Birth and Beyond radio.

Janine Barron is a long time local to the Byron region, Eco-business founder and owner of Nature's Child. We are honored to have Jannine as our MC for this years fundraising event. Jannine truly embodies what it is to Step UP and Step Out for what she believes in - babies, parenting and the earth.

Nature's Child was born in July 2000 in the beachside town of Byron Bay, NSW. It seems fitting that Australia's First Organic Baby Store was born in a town where Natural Birth is actively supported and where Indigenous women traditionally came to birth. So many births and firsts in Byron Bay!
Initially an iconic retail store for many years, Nature's Child prides itself on offering a very different experience to most on line stores. Read about this difference why natures child is different to other on line stores.

Social dance.

Picture
What is a social dance? You might be thinking line Dancing or Ballroom type dancing, but social dance has been around for as long as humans have been dancing. Its a way of sharing ideas, embodying experiences and passing messages to your group. Its had a long history as being a way to defy captivity or teach fighting skills like in Capuera... a way to let out steam or talk the street language of your neighbourhood. No one person creates a social dance, and no social dance can be traced back to one group.

Meggie Danielson, Alona Rosenberg and Yael Mahler from WeMove Studio (opening in Mullumbimby in February 2018) custom created uplifting and inspiring
movements - unique to our community of change-makers for the night.

What is a social dance??

Live music.
