This episode we feature an talk on Embodied Feminine Leadership with Lisa Fitzpatrick. The metamorphosis of motherhood

Published: 18/06/2018

When you become a parent there is a shift in identity that occurs, pre-birth expectations drop away as reality kicks in. Life that perhaps was once goal orientated or career focus shifts as life with a baby forces a new daily rhythm, a slowing down, surrendering and letting go for a new way of being in the world.

My guest Kari Azuma, leadership development coach and mother, from Santa Barbara, California joins us in a conversation about her transition to motherhood, birth as an opportunity for introspection and personal evolution and finding your passion and power as a mother.

This episode focuses the lens on motherhood, my guest Kari specially works with mothers. Yet, what ever gender you identify as this episode speaks to all parents in the transition that occurs with the birth of a new family member.

“we are living on this planet as if we had another one to go to” Terri Swearingen

If we all make small changes, big things can happen. This episode our guest Jannine shares with us ways families can make small yet meaningful change for both greater quality of life and for the betterment of our planet.
Raising kids is, lets face it, a huge ecological footprint on the planet, but it doesn't have to be all bad. With your purchasing power and a minimalist approach to parenting life with little ones can be earth friendly. We will be going over simple and practical changes you can start making today.

My guest is Jannine Barron founder of Natures Child, a progressive earth based business for the past 18 years. Jannine is a self described entrepreneur activist and mother of two.
