Nathalie Solis PerézNathalie Solis is a birth doula and cultural anthropologist with a German- Guatemalan background. She has worked in Berlin, Germany for the past 5 years accompanying births at home, at birth centres and at hospitals. She has worked with over 50 families from various cultural backgrounds accompanying their journeys before, during and after birth over a period of up to twelve months. Nadine Richardson is a mother and has been a childbirth educator, labour assistant (doula) and prenatal yoga teacher for over 20 years. She is the director of The Birthing Institute and creator of the She Births® program. She Births® is her own holistic and evidence based birth course for pregnant couples that was developed within her local community of Bondi Beach, Sydney.
